Job Description : Full-time Construction/Painter needed at established Property Management company based in Elmhurst, Queens. Extensive experience and skill required in painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electric, wall repair, appliance repair, and general full range of skills.Responsibilities include managing and fulfilling work orders in various apartment buildings in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, preparing vacant apartments for rental, working cooperatively with building superintendents, troubleshooting building issues, as prioritized by Management Office.The position will require travel between buildings by subway; all tools and supplies will be provided at each building. Must be experienced, professional, reliable, hardworking and energetic, communicate well with supervisors, colleagues and tenants and have the ability to prioritize work and follow through.The position is full-time with an annual salary, paid holidays and vacation, and can offer individual health insurance if needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Painting: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
