Position : Content Quality Reviewer
Job Description : Our Customer’s mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. We are seeking a Content Quality Reviewer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate is to edit and proofread content from the strategy team including items, manuscripts, typeset copy, and printers’ proofs for style and correctness in meeting program specifications.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for editing, rewriting, and authenticating user manuals, application papers, product descriptions, datasheets, and specification books.
Receives text from internal sources and rewrites documentation in a clear and concise style.
Improves editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts, and procedures as needed.
Edits writes and/or rewrites articles, publications, presentations, and other materials to communicate clearly and effectively research findings, technical developments, and other news and information.
Must-Haves:
Strong command of the English language.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s New York, NY office once it is determined safe to do so.

Please note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines (please inform your employer if you need a medical or religious exemption). Prior to onboarding, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated. Boosters are required to be received by March 28, 2022, or six months after receiving the final dose of the original vaccination series, whichever is later. The expected Return to Office date is July 2022.
