We are here to help advertisers authentically connect to typically underserved audiences.The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Digital + Social and Avenue business and ad sales needs.DIGITAL/SOCIALManage the Programmatic tentpole calendar, creating and distributing 1-sheets of opportunities as neededAssist the Integrated Marketing managers on RFP responses as neededKeep Team folders organized and up to dateOversee the process of digital asset creation, working closely with Production, AdOps, and Design teamsTrack competitive digital + social campaigns to share with the larger teamMaintain the team digital + social budgetsHelp with Digital campaign wrap reportsCoordinate with Research on key stats to sell through digital campaignsExecute turnkey digital campaignsManage asset delivery for the Digital Studio teamAVENUEPerform administrative duties for the team as assignedCoordinate logistics for internal and sales meetings and training, including gathering agenda items and distilling notes post-meetingsExecute special projects as needed with various Ad Sales teams, including but not limited to trade marketing, pitches, opportunity development, etc.Manage and update sponsorship materials and pitch tracking for WE tv, ALLBLK and AvenueManage turnkey sponsorship fulfillment process for WE tv and ALLBLKJob Type: Full-time
