Job Description : Customer Service Representative:Role will involve answering customer questions regarding their shipments status as well as assist customers with shipping quotes and general questions. There are three communication channels to monitor : Email, Telephone, Chat. You will be part of 4 person customer service team. Daily tasks will involve email communication, tracking cargo with carriers, following up on departure and arrival status of cargo, and assisting customers thru the shipping process. Great opportunity to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
