Nura, USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help service our growing customer base. Primary focus will be servicing our customers through a solution-oriented approach, addressing questions and concerns immediately. Ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, is detail-oriented and able to quickly adapt to a fast-growing environment.
Location: Irvine, CA
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Manage large amounts of incoming email requests
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers through various channels
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Have a working knowledge of our products so that you can answer general questions
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Place or cancel orders
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Qualifications:
Minimum 3YRs professional/office experience
Proven customer support experience
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Comfortable using computers
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills and learning new programs
Experience working with customer support
High school diploma; college degree preferred
