Job Description : Techo2 is looking for a Customer Success Associate with 3+ years of experience.
Location: Hyderabad, India
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
3+ years of well-rounded Business Development experience in the Software Services/Solutions field.
Demonstrable knowledge of the products/services that they sell
Experience with end-to-end business development workflows is a plus
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
Meticulous adherence to TechO2’s scientific Business Development process
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in working with prospects/clients in international markets; especially in the USA.
Passion towards work, potential to excel, and commitment for best practices
Industry certification on core products/services or business analysis, or willingness to obtain certification
Responsibilities:
Execute TechO2’s Business Development process meticulously
Nurture prospects/clients using value-based business development tactics
Obtain and keep up to date with product/service knowledge
Obtain and share market insights with management for refinements
Contribute and participate in team-oriented development
