Job Description : Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and to maintain close and positive working relationships with our growing client base. The goal is to keep our clients engaged, and supported resulting in increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and growth.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chatIdentify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresUpdate our internal systems with information about service issues and useful discussions with customersMonitor customer complaints on email or chat and reach out to proactively mitigateInform customers about new services and featuresFollow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with all appropriate internal departments as needed and collaborate on solutions.Requirements and skillsExperience as a Customer Support Representative or similar CS roleFamiliarity with the freight industry is a plus, but not requiredExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsUnderstanding of how CRM systems workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesBachelors in Business or relevant major or equivalent experienceCOVID-19 considerations for on-site staff:Sanitizer at each workstation. Each rep works in a workstation that is separated from other team members or in a private office.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
