We take the complexity out of getting paid with single-source solutions that ensure merchants can accept any payment wherever and whenever their customers shop, be it online, in-store, or a combination of both.What we are looking for: Till is growing, and we are starting a Customer Support team in Chandler/Phoenix area. We need a Customer Support Specialist who possesses a strong drive for results. You’ll be responsible for a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, administering support programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You’ll also provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.No two days in a high growth scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:Deliver an outstanding experience to our merchants through all aspects of customer service/interaction/complaints, enquiry (e-mail or phone) handling and strong follow up with both customers and stakeholdersManage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and compliance requirements with our clientsOptimize our customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding and guiding them through the customer support journeyDrive customer support outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reduce churnProvide the team with new ideas/suggestions in relation to sales and serviceBe trained across other operational teams to provide support, back up, and broaden your own knowledge of TillAs this is a new team for Till Payments, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the contact center as we evolve and grow. We have permanent space in Chandler, AZ. You’ll be expected to come into the office Monday through Friday for training for your first few weeks on the job.
