Job Overview
Responsible for assisting with all administrative tasks, special projects and data entry into designated system on a timely basis. Assists in preparation of documents and other general correspondence. May perform receptionists duties; answers telephones, determines business nature of call, takes messages and/or routes caller to appropriate party.
Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one year or more of secretarial training and two to three years of previous related experience plus six to twelve months of time on the job. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing which may include editing correspondence/brief reports and proofreading for errors, or performing other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
