This position is accountable for researching and resolving general provider inquiries. This position is responsible for internal communications including working with Provider Network, Provider Relations, and Government Programs staff. This position is responsible for external communications (voice and email) with the provider network community.JOB REQUIREMENTS: – Written and verbal communication skills to compose responses to external and internal entities, to educate providers, and to work across departments.- PC proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel- Data entry experiencePREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: – One year customer service or medical office or health care experience- Knowledge of health care industry, contracts, productsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $20.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
