expect to be doing for many more. Our company is looking for multiple Data Entry Specialists to join their team! This is an indefinite temporary opportunity and is full-time hours (Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm).

Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Preparation of billing data to the agencies
Responsible for complying with contractual provisions with each agency regarding the submission of billing and encounter data, including the related monthly reports
Prepares advance reconciliations and applies payments to the general ledger
Creating, completing, updating and reviewing employee and client records
Enter information into computer databases for effective record keeping
Administer new and existing DocuSign accounts
Prepare and send documents via mail using approved communications
Ensure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system
Assist stakeholders in returning documents
Serve as an escalation point for DocuSign support issues from the operations staff and customers
Ensure all compliance standards are met for audit purposes
Timesheet Reviewing
Time Tracking
Proofing & Posting
Disbursements
Reviewing overlap and overtime reports
Accurately and efficiently complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies. Resolve any discrepancies that may exist in the document.
Work with team leader to identify strategies for reducing errors that appear on the weekly OAR report.
Collaborate with the staff to resolve rejected timesheet issues and reduce out-of-cycle payroll disbursements (RFP’s)
Completes administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, etc…
Maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients
Collaborates with other staff members to optimize delivery of services
Identifies opportunities to improve our processes
Upholds company values and mission
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing experience is highly preferred

The ability to multitask and attention to detail is critical

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel

Customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
