Job Description : Job DescriptionCurrently seeking a highly motivated, computer efficient, detail oriented, positive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to work as a Full Time Dental Receptionist.Office responsibilities include but are not limited to: General responsibilitiesgreet visitors appropriatelyintake patient and dental insurance informationtake and deliver messages accurately and completelyorganize courier deliveriesClericalprepare and maintain spreadsheetsupdate databasesschedule and follow up on appointmentsensure a smooth transition of patients throughout the officeCOMPUTER SKILLSMS WordOutlookExcelInternet/Intranetaccurate and fast typing skillsCurrent programs used in office are: Open Dental, Flex, Mango and Sidexis 4Salary based on experienceHours are as follows:Mon 9a-6p, Tues 9a-6p, Wed 2p-8p, Thurs 9a-6p, Fri 9a-1pm, Every other Saturday 8am-2pm.
