Job Description : AboutWe are PuraEarth Concentrates, one of Arizona’s most beloved cannabis concentrate brands. We are looking for someone to join our team and help us take our digital marketing to the next level.Your primary role will be to make sure digitally, we are putting our best foot forward and conveying to the customers that use our product and our dispensary customers that buy our products that we are engaging, transparent, educational and present. You will primarily be handling this via Text Message and Email Campaigns, Managing Coupon softwares, Instagram, ordering marketing supplies for events and promotions, keeping our online menus up to date and many more.The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who is incredible well organized, creative, able to multi-task, and stick to deadlines and schedules.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management on the creation and execution of marketing plans and marketing strategies.Develop, Manage and Execute Email CampaignsDevelop, Manage and Execute Text Messaging CampaignsManage our Social Media (Primarily Instagram)Keep SWAG inventory and order new/fresh swagOrganize and Keep Our Current Monthly Events Calendar up to dateWork alongside a Photographer/Videographer to create contentWork alongside Graphic Designer for Digital Ads/CampaignsSend Adwork to Dispensaries for them to post on their socialmedia/online menusManage our Leafly and Weedmaps Menus and ReviewsManage our Google ReviewsQualifications3+ years of marketing experienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.Experience with Social Media/Text Message/Email CampaignsDigital marketing and business development experience is strongly preferredExceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven, high-performing individual with excellent attention to detailStrong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skillsProficient with G-Suite, MS Office Suite, AdobeFamiliarity with WordPress, Squarespace Google AnalyticsJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Text Message Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
