All of this is done within the context of Hawaiian languages, traditions and values. We are in search of a Early Identification Coordinator for our Kona location. You will be working with our Community and Ohana Resource Educators, Regional Program Manager, and Program Director providing support and supervision.Early Identification Coordinator Duties are: Coordinate the efforts of the Early Identification teams including establishing Keiki O Ka ‘Āina in the communities of service. Identifying and execute recruitment strategies and developing and maintaing relationships with community partners.Provide enough referrals to fill and maintain family slots at each site.Working with the Statewide Program Director to develop and maintain processes systems and policy and procedures.Responsible for recruitment efforts across sites.Produce accurate early identification reports for all sites state wide.Oversee recruitment of families for the PAT and HIPPY Home Visiting Programs.Requirements:   Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Valid Driver’s License and a driver’s abstract Home internet connection/Wi-Fi Master’s Degree and two (2) years’ experience in social work, clinical psychology, nursing, or counselingOr Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years’ experience in social work, clinical psychology, nursing, or counselingTraining or certification in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health preferred.Three-five (3-5) years of supervisory experience required.Experience in home visitation with a strong background in intervention and services with the zero-five (0-5) age population.Must be willing to travelBenefits: Work Cell phone and LaptopMileage reimbursements Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision403 (b)  Paid Time Off, including Family Strengthening Time during the holidays This is a full time position Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with occasional evenings and/or weekends. Candidates must be present in the community in which you are applying to.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
