Job Description : Roles And Responsibilities: Participate in requirement workshops amongst project stakeholders, architects, SME to verify and validate the business requirements.Identify ongoing issues and gaps within project plans in order to eliminate implementation issues, and reproduced bugs when UAT has failed.Create and Update project deployment plans for projects based on release schedule.Facilitate JAD sessions with Stakeholders to document requirements into User Stories.Assist in the creating As-Is and To-Be Business Model as required for IT Team.Work with Development and testing team to review user stories, and provided UML diagrams when needed.Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, Administration, Management or related.Knowledge on requirement gathering sessions, business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile best practicesStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills, organization skills and ability to motivate.Experience working in all the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceProfessional development assistanceReferral programRelocation assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
