Position : Entry Level Project Manager
Job Description : Teufel Landscape is looking for an entry level Project Manager to assist with daily administrative duties. This role would involve assisting the Project Manager preparing, examining, analyzing, and revising commercial landscape maintenance and construction contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services, equipment, materials, supplies, or products. It would involve supporting the Project Manager with contract recordkeeping, scheduling and vendor management. Experience in construction is a plus. There is plenty of room for growth! We are looking for someone that is eager and willing to learn.Responsibilities and DutiesAssemble and maintain contract files in accordance with established procedures; including but not limited to procurement of job number, insurance documents, submittal information and copies of plans and specifications; assemble and/or submittal of operation, maintenance manuals and As-builts; contract correspondence, transmittals & document distribution.Prepare contract submittals for review and execution, track process.Coordinate major purchases by soliciting quotes from subcontractors and vendors.Estimate and prepare change order submittalsQualifications and Skills50 wpm typingStrong communication skillsAbility to follow through on projects.
