Position : Executive Assistant to the President of Market Intelligence
Job Description : Provides Executive support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of the President’s office. The role involves interactions with S&P Global executives, board of directors, high level clients and external connections in addition to internal colleagues around the world. The Executive Assistant is the first point of contact and an ambassador to the President. As a team player you will be able to adapt to changing priorities with a professional manner while working closely with other executives and administrative assistants across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include
Delivers a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President, S&P Global Market Intelligence including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing and submitting monthly expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans; itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Partners with Executive Assistants across S&P Global to coordinate the President’s schedule. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role creating win-win situations for direct access to the President’s time and office.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Books conference rooms and makes other arrangements for meetings including special needs for guests, catering, and technology.
Contributes to the development of processes and workflows for the Office of the President and Market Intelligence’s Support Services teams.
Prepares and/or proof-reads internal and external communications and presentations.
Manages, processes and tracks invoices for vendors and consultants.
Maintains detailed internal distribution list.
All other duties and tasks as necessary
Qualifications
A High School Diploma is required. College Degree is preferred.
At least 5 years administrative experience in a professional & fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
Must have excellent time management & activity prioritization skills.
Strong oral & written communication skills are required; confidential & discreet always.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work outside of standard office hours when needed
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $62.2k to $129.9k Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
