This position will report directly to the company’s Director of Operations.This is a full-time salaried position with our fast-growing company. We have cultivated a professional, but friendly atmosphere where respect and communication are highly valuedWhat You Will Do: Partners with the District Managers in their territories to aid in Manager and Team Member development while providing feedback to the District Manager and leadership team on operations & standardsLeads training for New Store Openings including pre-opening set-up and training, promotional service periods, budget adherence, and post-opening support plansSets an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of store operations and administrative dutiesCoordinates with the leadership team in the implementation and validation of new rolloutsPartners with store level and regional level management to support and provide feedback on all facets of the business including an understanding of P&L’s and financial goals, people management, vendor management, company culture, customer service, and in-store operations.Provides leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectivesPerforms Store Operations and Brand Compliance Audits as needed by the Operations and Training departmentsProvides ongoing support and coaching for franchisees on store operations, new implementations, and marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with Pokeworks franchise standardsAssists the Training and Operations team in creating new tools and materials as neededTakes a collaborative team approach towards aiding each department in Pokeworks initiativesProfessionally represents the Pokeworks brand and its core values to Corporate and Franchise partnersQualities and Skills You Will Need: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of restaurant operations with a proven track record of successExperience with multi-unit operations or trainingPrevious experience working in Sales and FranchisingExcellent computer skills and knowledge with MS Office SuiteStrong leadership and assessment skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 75% of the timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Weekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Texas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Franchise: 1 year (Preferred)Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
