From the moment the patient walks through our door or calls, they should feel like part of the family.This patient care coordinator helps the clinic run smoothly by scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, maintaining accounts and records, and other tasks as needed. Must be able to multitask effectively; critical time management skills necessary. Verifying insurance with attention to detail and accuracy. Referral and insurance company knowledge.This employee must be a self-starter, have EMR and medical collections experience.
