Job Description : FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST (6708)DIVISION: OPERATIONS & E COMM CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPTDEPARTMENT: WAREHOUSEAPPRAISAL CATEGORY: NON-MGMTEDUCATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: MINIMUM Education Level Required: GED/HS DIPLOMAPreferred Educational Level: GED/HS DIPLOMA Microsoft Office Required:List any Additional Skills, Software, or Experience Required/Preferred below: Strong computer skills are essential to include correspondence in an e-mail environment and at least (6) months of related experience required. Microsoft Excel proficiency is necessary.MAJOR FUNCTION: Coordinates allocation of customer sales orders, confirms shipments and updates the finished goods inventoryCOMPETENCIES: Liaison between third party logistics company and Customer Service departmentSupport Sr. Logistics Manager through inventory management and data analysisManages all inventory transactions for shipments and receiptsDesigns stock transfers between manufacture and distribution warehousesReconciles inventory to balance accounting system discrepancies for month endUpdates daily, weekly, and monthly (spreadsheets) reportsCOMPETENCIES – ContinuedExecutes miscellaneous clerical and data entry related tasks as assignedAssists with updating customs information for all inventory and imports goods systemic receivingProvides fulfillment duties and Logistics support to TOTO departments and third party logistics organizationDaily contact with a variety of management and employees involved with distribution and logistics to include 3PL, has occasional contact with vendors, manufacturers representatives and customersRegardless of Position Title, all employees are expected to provide the highest level of customer service for the TOTO organization.
