Job Description : Just Stay is a Vacation Rental Property Management & Design Company. We manage 155 vacation rental properties across Arizona. 95% of the homes we manage were custom designed by our team.We are seeing a General Operations Manager for the Platinum Rental Experience, Stay Sonnier Realty, S & W Vacations and Just Stay Design (the Companies). This group of companies form the framework for one of the original and largest privately owned vacation rental companies in Arizona.The Companies are currently undergoing a rebranding and reorganizational process to prepare to expand to a national platform. These companywide changes necessitate the addition of a General Operations Manager who has the talent, drive and discipline to manage the operational challenges that naturally come with the transformational changes that will take place.To date the Companies have been managed by our founder, CEO Leslie Oestmann. This hire will mark the first senior level management position for the Companies. As a result, our new GOM will assume a significant role in implementing systems and controls throughout our operational platform that will provide us the capability to exceed our projections and minimize our risk.The key to our continued success will lie fundamentally with our team members and the culture we collectively create. Our GOM will be expected to significantly influence our culture by providing primary leadership in recruiting, training, and motivating every employee and contractor.Our guests will feel the heart and soul of our company in the way we assist them in creating tailored experiences and memories. From the way the towels are folded to the smiles on our face as we personally check them in, our culture will shine through. The key to establishing this culture will be the way our GOM attends to every detail of the experience.The GOM will report directly to the CEO and will have primary responsibilities in the areas of:· Personnel· Budgeting· Policies and Procedures· Implementation and Improvement of every Operational System· Creating a sustainable and dynamic vision and culture for the company.Experience:The deeper your experience within the hospitality industry the better.
