Job Description : Job Accountabilities
We are experiencing tremendous growth in our business and looking foe a Graphics Coordinator to join our team.
The Graphics Coordinator position will be responsible for providing project management customer service and graphics support for our Crown Graphics Department. They will work closely in a team environment processing graphics jobs for the Company’s North American Beverage Division. Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Close communication with both our external customers and internal customers which will include various manufacturing locations and sales team
Coordination of all designs and communications between internal and external customers
Provide support for other Coordinators which may include data input and other tasks
General administration which could include various reports, filing of artwork jobs, data entry and other duties as necessary
Job Requirements
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Effective communication skills, administrative ability, and team building attributes
Extremely detail orientated – proven ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures
Strong computer skills, preferably experienced with MS Excel and Word
1-3 years working experience in a graphics/customer service role
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
Travel
