Job Description : Company description: United One is a leading lending services company. We are looking to add a new team member to our Information Services team.Job Description: The entry level candidate will perform day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance of internal systems through use of our ticketing system. This position is responsible for reviewing IT service desk tickets, completing level 1 troubleshooting, and resolving the ticket or assigning to an appropriate level 2 resource. This person will be responsible for communicating with the end user and level 2 technicians when required.Job Duties: Triage incoming helpdesk tickets and resolve or assign as appropriate.Communicate with end users and team members to bring tickets to resolution.Escalate tickets when required.Display professionalism while performing job duties.Engage in job training during down times.
