Job Description : We are looking to hire a Helpdesk Support Technician to join our growing IT team!This role is responsible for working with end-users to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues, building and deploying hardware and peripherals, and project work as needed.The ideal candidate has previous experience working on a helpdesk and onsite tech support, is confident working with Windows systems, O365, Active Directory, and has strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Responsibilities: · Independently resolve tickets· Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions· Update work logs/sheets· Update the knowledge base· Correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information· Alert Monitoring· Ticket Monitoring· Informing support· Install and configure software and computer systems.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.· Walk colleagues or members through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.· Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.· Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.· Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.· Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.· Test & evaluate new technology for the business.· Work on multiple assignments at a timeRequirements: Proficient in Windows OS & MAC OS.Working knowledge of basic networking protocols and connectivityStrong verbal and written communication skills2+ years of experience in a technical support role.Certifications are preferred, but not required.Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.Knowledge preferred in the following: Office 365, Zendesk, QuickBooks, Zoom, Online Scheduling Applications, Asana, Last Pass, etc.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
