Reporting to the Director of Patient Access, the Hospital Patient Financial Access Manager will be supported by a talented team of Revenue Cycle and Patient Registration professionals within the department. They will also regularly coordinate with Patient Accounts and other departmental teams of administrative and clinical staff throughout the hospital to ensure compliance with the hospital’s applicable policies and procedures.
As the Hospital Patient Financial Access Manager, this person will be playing a vital role in the Revenue Cycle and Patient Access processes. The Manager will provide strategic leadership initiatives over revenue cycle reporting, insurance verification, reimbursement calculation and other related tasks through data interpretation, policies, and procedures. The Hospital Patient Financial Access Manager will be responsible for the management, training, and education of the supporting staff and supervisors within the department.
