Job Description : What you’ll Accomplish!Provide amazing support to the Gulf Coast Human Resources/Training Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of the Gulf Coast Business Unit serving over 500 retail stores representing over 5000 talented team members. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Compile, report, analyze HR reports from LMS and other HR platforms in support of department objectives· Compilation and distribution of weekly HR/Training Reporting to Operations Team· Maintenance and distribution of Site and Support Staff Contact Lists· Tracking and reporting compliance training needs to Operations Team including state Responsible Vendor and Food Safety Manager Certification· Monitoring compliance requirements and program requirements for each state or jurisdiction for compliance areas· Tracking and reporting of weekly management trainee training progress updates· Communication to the field and follow up on incomplete new hire onboarding processes· Organization, routine maintenance of HR/Training intranet Pages· Support HR/Training Department with administrative tasks to support training, recruiting, or other events· Other duties as assigned or deemed necessaryREQUIREMENTS: Willingness to train and be trained in our stores.A High School Diploma/GED is required and an Associates or Bachelors in a related field is even better.A minimum of one year experience in and around Human Resource functions and responsibilities.Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiencyExperience with Workday preferredExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing prioritiesMaintain confidentialityHave fun!THE ABOVE STATEMENTS REFLECT THE GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY THE JOB AND ARE NOT NECESSARILY INTENDED TO SET FORTH ALL OF THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB.NOTE: This Job Description may change periodically as required by business necessity, with or without advance notice to employees.Job Type: Full-timePay: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
