This position will manage the overall HR function—Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, manage and report on various HR functions, policies, procedures, and systems to assist in the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees in compliance with government laws and regulations.Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including hiring and onboarding.Conduct exit interviews and track employee trends.Assist with Benefits Enrollment, Timekeeping & Attendance, and Payroll Processing.Implement management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures to Senior-Level Management.Retain current and historical HR records by maintaining an efficient filing and retrieval system.Oversee Safety Committee and processes/reporting for compliance with OSHA and insurance guidelines.Qualifications/RequirementsOne to Three years of Human Resource experience, with up-to-date knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, independently and as a part of a team.Excellent customer service and team building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and OutlookBenefitsHoliday PayPaid time offMedical, Dental, Drug, Vision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceReferral BonusesEmployee DiscountWe are a drug-free and non-smoking company.To apply, e-mail cover letter and resume in PDF format.
