The Contract Recruiter role will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators.What your day-to-day looks like: Project Management skills:Prepare weekly statuses and send updates to teamBuild agendasDevelop, track and manage project action itemsDrive team to meet milestonesDocument analysis:Evaluate processes and proceduresAssist in the determination of best practices and strategiesCreate visual process mapping aids using Microsoft Visio or similar programWhat we need to see from you: Bachelors Degree preferredM&A experience/knowledge is a strongly preferredPrior HR experience is desiredExperience managing business as well as technology aspects of projectsOur Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
