Job Description : Domestic IT Recruiter
Experience: 5- 8 Years
Qualification: Any
Location : Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid Model)
Salary : Depends on Experience
Job Type : Full-time Dayshift
Availability: Preferably Immediate OR with 15 days’ Notice.
Basic Requirements: Minimum 5 – 8 Years (Relevant) of experiences into Domestic IT Recruitment. Sourcing of qualified candidates on Naukri and other job portals and also various Groups, free sites, communities, and also on local database by applying appropriate search strings.
Good Knowledge of sourcing from job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Etc.
Ability to achieve individual targets.
Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client and also creating a pool of candidates.
Salary negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
Have experiences with calling, screening, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates Should have experience in different modes of hiring viz. Contractual and Contract to Hire (C2H) & Permanent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Negotiation & Convincing Skills Proficiency with MS Office, Organization/Coordination Skills
