This position requires answering and directing calls from the main switchboard, general administrative work, indexing and filing assistance, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Professional appearance, strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required. Previous file clerk experience is a plus. The candidate must be dependable, articulate and personable.
