Key responsibilities will include:
Defines and evolves the overall leadership journey roadmap to ensure we have a comprehensive development offering for leaders at every level
Finds opportunities to improve our leadership bench strength and develops solutions to address the gaps
Leads projects through the design and development lifecycle, leads the development of instructional materials; Designs and develops new learning programs in support of Agilent Talent Development strategy
Manages vendors and ensures projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget
Curates new content from a variety of sources (internal and external) to support the capabilities needed; ensures content is grounded in the Agilent culture; Creates pathways or learning maps to guide employees through building the skill or capability
Delivers training content to employees through the use of e-learning, webinars, instructor-led training, podcasts, video and blended learning, facilitates instructor-led programs, as needed
Ensure that the library of content is up-to-date, available, and supports the strategic objectives of the organization.
Aligns the Leadership Development offerings across all our portfolio areas to provide a seamless experience
Serve as a community moderator in multiple social learning solutions
Provides reporting and metrics for programs
Forms relationships across businesses and regions to facilitate alignment and awareness
Ability to gather, analyze and report information regarding the impact of learning solutions against key business drivers and evolving strategic priorities.
Act as an advocate for growing our development culture by building people capabilities through relevant continuous learning experiences.
Organized, end-to-end process-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Handle multiple, complex projects, including developing timelines, milestones, responsibilities and stakeholder relationships
This position can be performed anywhere in the US
The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. for CO, the salary range is $122,573.00-$199,500.00.
Benefits in Brief
Bachelors, Masters, or other University level degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience. Preferred degree areas include: Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar/related field
10+ years’ relevant experience including working with the design, implementation, or management of a learning program in a corporate setting
In-depth knowledge and experience working with adult learning programs
Solid program/ project management experience with the ability to juggle and prioritize tasks and deliverables
Proven track record of designing and or curating senior-level learning initiatives and ability to communicate the corresponding value
