Job Description : Logistics Customer Service DispatcherAtlanta, GA$18.50 Per Hour2nd Shift Monday – FridayAs a Logistics Customer Service Dispatcher you will;Track product flow from origin to delivery and other appropriate methods of monitoring inventory and shipment.Allocate/adjust driver resources continually throughout the shift to maximize effectiveness.Address customer and client questions and complaints. Escalate to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge.Reviews logistic processes and procedures.
