This role will coordinate with Human Resources, the Chief Growth Officer, the Chief Executive Officer, Sales, and Customer Service departments. This position will align with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting the Chief Executive Officer and Sales department in planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to a broad range of marketing projects to generate sales leads, grow key accounts, and promote awareness of the LUX Diagnostics brand within target markets.Essential duties and responsibilities:Monitor the system to ensure on-going operation and accuracy in data collectionExecute and configure marketing emails, drip campaigns, and sales sequences in the marketing automation platformManage and improve CRM workflow capabilitiesIdentify and implement opportunities to improve search engine optimization, user engagement, and overall website effectivenessAnalyze campaign metrics to improve customer responseDraft, publish, and manage social media posts and assist in running paid social campaigns to build fellowship and engagementDeploy marketing deliverables, including but not limited to, brochures, advertisements, emails, webinars, direct mail pieces, website content, and social media content to drive lead generation and customer retentionAssist in the development and implementation of integrated go-to market campaigns for product launchesSupport market research initiatives including customer satisfaction surveys and competitor analysesResearch and coordinate industry events, including tradeshows, seminars, and conferencesAssist in the development of PowerPoint presentations, tradeshow signage and displays, multimedia, and other materialsTrain a motivated individual to use key tools of the roleInvestigate and solve issues where neededKnowledge, Skills, and Other AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareMust be willing and able to learn other software programs as neededExceptional communication and analytical skillsStrong business planning and organizationMust be able to work effectively in a team environmentCreative thinker who responds well to pressureExcellent customer service and strong sense of professionalismAbility to meet and exceed goalsDemonstrated experience in product positioning, branding, and translation of science into marketing messagesAbility to clearly communicate technical information with customers, co-workers, and managersReasoning, Math, and Language Abilities:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, fractions, and percentages to practical situationsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inferenceMust have the ability to write reports and business correspondenceEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public as well as being able to respond to common inquires or complaints from customersTranslate technical information into marketing messagesPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
