Job Description : Job descriptionUse the incoming materials forecast to plan most efficient method for offloading and storing material.Lead and execute Inventory Control Plans and ProceduresCoordinate with GM and Plant Managers to ensure the shops are fed as per the fabrication scheduleEnsure all yard employees are properly crane trained and certifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPointEvaluate the performance of the team and introduce improvements and make the necessary corrections in order to achieve the objectives (budget, schedules).· Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a team· A minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in related roles is preferred.· Must have good communication skills; written and verbalExperience managing reports across multiple facilitiesHeavy structural steel or construction backgroundJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
