StudySync’s Production team produces cutting-edge educational media that sets our company apart.
The Media Producer tracks and manages the progress of writers, editors, sound mixers, animators, actors, and crew members across a wide range of production projects to create 21st-century digital content for implementation in middle school and high school classrooms.
This is a regular full-time position, that will be a hybrid of working from your home office and in our studio located in Petaluma, California.

Share Your Expertise
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
Bachelor’s degree in media arts, communications, film/television production, or related field and 3-5 years of experience managing processes at an agency or other creative media shop; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of production workflows and software (i.e., Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent project planning and management skills.
The ability to anticipate and proactively solve challenges in the creative process.
Experience working with and using scheduling software.
The ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
