Job Description : Behavioral Pediatrics of Rural Georgia seeks an additional experienced medical receptionist to facilitate care for children with autism spectrum disorder, complex ADHD, developmental disabilities, anxiety disorders and behavioral concerns. Must be able to communicate well with parents having a variety of backgrounds, abilities and communication styles. The majority of patient visits are by telemedicine. Most contact with parents will be by telephone. Our medical facility is set apart from the rest. At Behavioral Pediatrics of Rural Georgia we provide life changing services that positively impact the lives of patients and their families.Responsibilities: Answer incoming callsSchedule follow up appointmentsAssist families getting set up for telemedicineAssist families with new patient paperworkRespond to referring providersDocument and implement chronic care management plansPerform and complete all additional and related duties as assigned by practice administrator and/or providers.Requirements: 1+ year(s) experience as a medical receptionistClean criminal background check (required)Interest in pediatric mental and behavioral health (required)Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills (required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $12-16 per hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:10 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Can you submit a cover letter indicating your interest with your resume?Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
