Job Description : We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will also include bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. We offer the flexibility of remote work as well as time in the office. Our ideal candidate would have experience in an accounting or law firm.ResponsibilitiesInteract with clients on a regular basisPerforms routine data entry of accounting informationCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Support budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedAssist colleagues whenever necessarySkillsProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of day to day accounting processesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management softwareQualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantageCompensation – We are looking for the right person and are willing to compensate that person appropriately.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payApplication Question(s):Do you have experience working in an accounting firm or law firm?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Personal assistant: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
