Job Description : Traton of FloridaJob title: Construction CoordinatorWork Location: Panama City Beach, FloridaDivision/Department: Florida/ConstructionReports to: Florida Division PresidentX Full-timePart-timeExemptX NonexemptEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as primary administrative resource support person to building team and management teamProvide accurate and complete information to assist in building homes.Support the administrative needs of Florida Division President and other department manager.Coordinates/initiates communication related to all building of home starts information in organized system.Complete all necessary paperwork related to all the permitting processes in all counties and citiesPurchase construction permits/marketing/sales signageDevelop good customer service relations and skills based on timely performance that creates customer satisfactionWork with and assist Project Mangers on coordinating vendors and subs.Assist Project Mangers with municipality inspectionsPerform related duties as assigned by supervisorMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresWork Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesHigh school diploma or GED requiredEssential Job Functions/Working Conditions: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsWill have time spent in office, sitting at a desk and using a computer, this encompasses 50% of the job.
