Job Description : ROLEAs an Outbound Telephone Executive, your role is to provide excellent over-the-phone sales and service to all leads.RESPONSIBILITIESProviding prompt, accurate and courteous service to each consumer.Leaving appropriate notes related to client interaction on the preferred CRM software used by each brand (ex. ZenDesk).Using persuasive sales techniques to convert warm leads into consumers.Using critical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve objections and issues leads may have.Being able to sell on-script whilst being able to adapt to individual consumer needs.Answering any questions, comments, and concerns via phone communication.Using phone communication to sell customers the appropriate product or service.Gathering testimonials from clients and upload them to Google Drive on a weekly and monthly basis if applicable.Attending weekly team meetings and providing updates on any measurable KPIs requested from management.RESULTSConsistently meeting or exceeding all daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets with a high conversion rate.REQUIREMENTSMust have 1+ years of experience in online tele-sales.Must have at least 3 months outbound telesales experience working with clear monthly and quarterly targets, with a commission structure.Must have a headset, quiet work environment, and stable internet connection.Must be persuasive in an empathetic, friendly, positive manner.Great knowledge of basic computer functions, GSuite, and Microsoft Office highly preferred.Detail-oriented, responsible and self-motivated.Available to work weekends.Resourceful team player.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.Incredible soft skills and experience in overturning objections.Ability to receive good and bad feedback from management.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.*This job description is not all-inclusive and certain activities, duties, or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payWork Location: Multiple Locations
