Operations Administrator will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to building reports within MP2 software, Purchasing, Financial control and reporting, creating and manipulating Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access files, data entry and perform other duties and responsibilities as required.Create and maintain files utilizing MP2 and eMaint reporting moduleCreate and maintain various Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and Access filesFinancial control and reporting – verifying monthly general ledgers and tracking actual spend against budgeted amountsPurchasing & Receiving – conveyor, forklift, building parts and misc. servicesProcessing Invoices – verifying against PO’s and account coding invoices for items purchased through FacilitiesInventory Management – investigating problems and making adjustments to inventory levels utilizing Infor’s MP2 or eMaint softwareCall Center and Dispatching – receive and dispatch calls utilizing excellent customer service skillsFile Management – maintaining physical and electronic files in a neat orderly fashionAsset Management – maintaining asset data in MP2 software and various Microsoft filesGSM monitoring – graphic systems monitoring of the conveyor systemAdministrative duties for Facilities Leadership – Phones, presentations, organizational charts…Maintaining Org Charts in Microsoft VisioCreating Quarterly NewsletterWhat skills you’ll need: 3-5 years in an administrative support roleHighly computer proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Access)Proficient with extensive formulas used in Microsoft Office software filesSolid interpersonal and organizational skillsExceptional math skillsKnowledge of MP2 or eMaint maintenance management software a plusFinancial accounting experience a plusPossession of an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Required)Office: 1 year (Required)Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
