Job Description : Rhino Self Storage is a growing company looking for upbeat, energetic professionals with management experience and an excellent work ethic. Our ideal candidate will take charge and be responsible for the overall smoothness and flow of operations of an office. This is a multifaceted job that requires skills in many areas such as human resources, customer service, office administration, computer skills, and fluent in google docs/MS Office.Job Type: Full TimePay Rate: $35,000 to $40,000/yearBenefits: Paid time off, Paid holidays, Retirement account contributions after 1 year of employmentEssential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities – This would include issuing credits and making edits that are above field team’s security levelsAct as a liaison between customers and company personnel in a bid to provide personalized services – This would be Tier II with Tier I done by Sr. ManagerCoordinate the intricate logistical details of projects to ensure on-time project deliveryEnsure that all staff members are working in compliance with the company’s procedures and protocolsIdentify problems in operations processes and ensure that they are resolved in a time-efficient mannerMaintain accurate operations materials, calendars, and documents for reference purposes on the google driveCoordinate project launches, meetings, and seminars by ensuring that all logistics are managed properly- i.e., weekly team meetingCompile and analyze company data such as sales figures and financials and create reports for management’s reviewPlan and schedule projects in a proactive manner by interacting with both external agencies and organizations.Brief all participants of every project or program that the company has undertaken.Produce and distribute relevant project material and resources to all program participants.Record and update operational information of all projects and program participants in the company database.Perform research on operational metrics and handle reporting duties.Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative efforts such as records and information management, mail distribution, and office support services.Work with human resources staff and executive team to develop and monitor the consistency of labor strategiesPerform backend operations of SiteLink and other third-party integrations. (Training to be provided)Process all tenant refundsIdentify process improvement opportunities and maintain quality assurance audit information and checklists to ensure every facility has had both quick checks and audits.Oversee and manage the company’s processes by ensuring that they conform to set policies and proceduresWork together with the VP of operations to ensure enhanced customer service experiencesJob RequirementsEducation and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 3-5 years work-related experience and/or training in direct sales, retail and/or customer service.Exceptional leadership skills and experience supervising others.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, use a computer, and present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in English.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English is required.Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Must have a valid driver’s license, own vehicle and insurance.
