Primary Role
Completes cost analysis. Records and monitors investment and maintenance budget expenses.
Key Accountabilities
Completes cost analysis. Records and monitors investment and maintenance budget expenses.
Processes mark-out requests in accord with Underground Facility Mark-out
Program. Updates distribution system maps.
Maintains database related to the entry of statistical data regarding the operation of the transmission and distribution system in addition to departmental records.
Prepares and schedules service line installations and replacements.
Prepares correspondence and documents.
Responds to inquiries accurately and professionally and, when necessary, involves the appropriate individual(s) to resolve customer and company related issues and to achieve the highest level of Operations
Representative I in all areas of assigned responsibilities.
May be assigned to perform an task, activity, or responsibility that lies within the capability of the employee based on experience, knowledge, qualifications, and training.
Knowledge/Skills
A general understanding of water utility operations and a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety practices, as well as federal, state, and local regulations applicable to area of responsibility.
Experience/Education
Required to pass a qualification examination prior to the conclusion of the qualification period.
