Job Description : Produce PickerWe are looking for an energetic Order Picker to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. You will operate warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders. An order picker must be always on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They are strong and deft with an ability to “pick up” on small details. We expect you to be “picky” when it comes to ensuring the quality of orders.ResponsibilitiesReceive and check incoming pick ticketsLocate productsRetrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracyBuild pallets with orders and position them to loading docksWrap orders before loading on trucksRe-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipmentKeep records of completed ordersMaintain equipment and report on malfunctionsAdhere to health and safety policies and quality standardsSkillsProven experience as order picker or other warehouse positionExperience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipmentExperience in voice picking systems or RF devicesAble to read and write in EnglishGreat attention to detailDiligent and punctualGood physical strength and staminaHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.50 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
