They will be one of the fastest-growing car wash companies in the United States!Please read the information below and submit your resume!What will I be doing?Seeking a diligent and customer service-focused Payroll Manager to join our rapidly expanding team! The Payroll Manager is tasked with overseeing multi-state payroll processing and operations for an employee population of 500 growing to 1000 in 8 months. Opportunity to partner with the various functional areas in HR, accounting, and field operations and provide practical solutions to common payroll needs.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:· Responsible for bi-weekly and spot pay payroll and timekeeping processing for company· Partner with operations management to verify accuracy of timekeeping records and promptly resolve any discrepancies· Ensure timely and accurate processing for new hires, terminations, salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, etc.· Responsible for organizing and overseeing any updates and changes to the payroll and timekeeping onboarding processes, ESS and MSS· Subject matter expert on any payroll, timekeeping, and pay inquiries· Business process owner for payroll and timekeeping systems· Manage multiple state minimum wage and overtime requirements.· Working knowledge of payroll tax reports and ability to work with outside vendor on payroll tax filings· Lead internal and external compensation analysis· Partner with HR to ensure proper and timely employee communications· Responsible for all payroll and timekeeping related reporting· Partner with accounting to ensure accuracy of payroll related general ledger entries· Other duties as assignedWhat skills are we looking for?· Proficient in full cycle timekeeping and payroll processing· Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills· Highly productive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment with strict deadlines· Commitment to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality· Knowledge of relevant state and federal pay practices· Knowledge of employee interface files with benefit vendors is helpful· Knowledge of pay cards a plus· Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus· Strong Microsoft Office skillsRequired Experience?· 5+ years of experience working in payroll administration in a multi-state small to mid-size organization using an outsourced payroll application· 3-5 years of experience working in time-keeping administration using an outsourced timekeeping application· Experience with UKG (Ulti Pro or Kronos) strongly preferred· Experience with Deputy timekeeping preferredRequired Education?· Bachelor’s degree preferredPhysical Requirements· Work is performed in a typical office setting, no lifting standing, or stooping requirements.EOE/AA/Disabled/VeteransJob Types: Full-timeWork authorization:United States (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll management: 5 years (Preferred)timekeeping administration: 3 years (Preferred)UltiPro: 1 year (Preferred)Kronos: 1 year (Preferred)multi-state payroll: 5 years (Required)Language:English and Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: One location
