The Payroll Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate payroll data entry, audits of data entry, reconciliations, support for the payroll function, and support for our community General Managers and Business Office Directors.Protecting the health and safety of our residents and team members is a top priority! Access to COVID-19 vaccines is available and is required for all of our team members.*We offer our employees: Highly competitive pay and benefits.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and more.A rapidly growing company with opportunities for advancement.Qualifications: Two-year degree or equivalent experienceMinimum two years of progressive payroll experience with payroll of > 500 employees in multi-state environmentExperience with supporting decentralized locationsBasic knowledge of accountingIntermediate to Advanced ExcelUKG Pro (Ultipro), UKG Dimensions and/ or Kronos Workforce Central, preferredThe Payroll Specialist: Processes bi-weekly payroll consisting of UKG Dimensions timecards, bonuses, commissions, vacation payouts, adjustments, etc. In addition to auditing and reconciling app payroll data.Data entry of payroll changes such as manual checks, garnishments, timecard, and PTO adjustments.Provides support to the Merrill Gardens’ communities.
