Job Description : Description: Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment? If so, TAGG Logistics has a great opportunity for experienced Picker/Packers to join our team!Our Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for picking, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards in the area of safety, security, damage free, and productivity metrics.This position pays $16.50 +$2.00 shift differential total $18.50 per hour*. Requirements:The successful candidate will:Pick orders for shipment according to instructions on bill of lading or pick sheet and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped in an accurate methodOperate materials handling and RF Scanner and Manual Pallet Jack safely and efficiently and using safety equipment as required.Pack orders according to the instructions on the pick sheet; various types of merchandise to be shipped in an accurate method.Follow Safety, Sanitation, and Security and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner, which promotes safetyOperate material handling equipment safely and efficiently using safety equipment as requiredMust wear steel toe shoes, and any other safety equipment required to perform the job.Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damagesBe flexible to work overtime at times to include Saturday is business demands requiresRead and write legibly and perform calculations involving adding, counting, subtracting, division and multiplicationPerform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing as needed and other duties assigned that may be required by managementEMPLOYEES ARE THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS!
