Position : Production Account Assistant

Job Description : Full-time career in the construction and stone industry available as a Production Account Assistant.Join our team in a busy and fast paced office setting to support and assist the Supervisor and Project Managers, in achieving project deadlines in a timely, profitable, and efficient manner.Position will require but not be limited to: As the Production Account Assistant, you will communicate with clientele and staff, organize job details, perform data entry, use Excel to create and compare spreadsheets, review blue prints & schematics, interpret client orders, and efficiently prepare files for processing.The position will require processing information for client orders and seeing it through the manufacturing facility to completion. Applicants must possess a good working knowledge of Excel and be able to adapt to different software.Candidates with Administrative Construction or home improvement experience, math skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. The position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm as required by Sales Department needs. Background check and Drug testing will be required upon hire.
