Each vacation rental is privately owned by our wonderful owners that trust Kauai Exclusive to manage and rent out their properties.From small 1-bedroom condos to large family homes to beachfront penthouse suites, Kauai Exclusive is sure to have something for anyone who is looking to stay on Kauai.Duties/FunctionsOversee the daily operations for all East/Kapa’a based Properties for KEM, to include but not limited to, being the lead point of contact for service providers, property projects, in-house guests, and most importantly property ownersPlay a leadership role in delivering timely and cost-effective solutions to any client breakdowns and guest requests that may arisePerform walk-throughs with owners, vendors, and partners, to include but not limited to owner and guest pre-arrivalsPerform monthly detailed inspections of propertiesPlay a leadership role in coordinating property repairs, renovations and other necessary projects to maintain our owners’ assetsEnsure that proper inventories are maintained to support your unitsAttend and play a leadership role in weekly leadership meetingsPortray the company values within and outside of the organization while performing the functions of the positionRequirements:Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of TRACK Hospitality Suite a plus, but not requiredFlexible availability for internal / external client communicationQualifications: Have professional telephone etiquetteCapable of working in a high pressure, dynamic, & challenging environmentSelf-Motivated & capable of performing tasks requested in a timely-mannerKnowledge of Google based applications (Gmail, docs, sheets, notes, etc.)Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize effectivelyJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45,000.00 – $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payCOVID-19 considerations:If you are feeling unwell and experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms we require you to stay home for the safety of yourself and others.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Property management: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Real Estate License (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
