We make fresher, healthier food available at better prices by rethinking the grocery supply chain from the table all the way back to the farm.WHO’S IN THE KITCHENKitchen Quality Audit Associate: Assist Specialist with Gold Standard and table set upAudit tables on a continuous basis (each table at least once per hour)Audit bins of finished product continuously (each table at least once per hour, each automated prep at least once every 15 minutes)Document all audits in Quality Tool SuiteNotify Specialist and Quality Auditor of any issuesAttend monthly refresher trainings with Quality teamPack Quality Audit Associate: Speak with Quality during start up communicationsAssist Specialist with calling the line and ensuring accuracyAudit pack lines on a continuous basis (at least twice per hour)Audit finished boxes continuously (at least three boxes per hour)Document all audits in Quality Tool SuiteNotify Specialist and Quality Auditor of any issuesAttend monthly refresher trainings with Quality teamSpeak with Quality during start up communicationsWHAT’S ON THE MENU1-2 years experience in a food production or warehouse environment.Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written.Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.NECESSARY INGREDIENTSFlexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts.Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodationMust be able to handle exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.)Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodationMust be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodationBlue Apron provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetics, marital status or veteran status.
