Maintainsprofessionalism, following company policy and procedures, including handling media. Ensuresresidents are treated with respect and dignity.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible for providing guest relations, answering phones and greeting visitors,vendors, family members, etc., upon entrance to the Community2. Provides tours when needed3. Maintains sign in logs4. Assist and distribute mail5. Maintain clean and tidy entrance6. Clerical duties, filing, copying, and other duties assigned7. Complies with privacy required by Homestead At Towne Center or State Regulatory Agencies8. Shares on call and manager on duty as required9.
